Macklemore – #TBT – ‘The Town’

Tweet something along these lines: “Macklemore you did capture the beauty of city in one song.”

To this day this is my favorite Macklemore song/video. I remember when this had not capped one million views and my friend Mike Champoux and myself would always ask “How does ‘And We Danced’ and the Irish song have more views than this????” Beautiful Red One assisted views of the city mixed with Mack talking about the Town’s history and how important music is to the youth, what else could one ask for? Macklemore’s rise to success (VERY apparent with the now 14 million views on this video) has been an amazing thing for the city of Seattle and our region as a whole and while he continues to grow to new heights, he is taking us all with him.
