5 Reasons Why You Should Regularly Celebrate @ Aston Manor

After going to Foundation Nightclub, Volume (R.I.P), and Neumos quite frequently for the last couple years I’ve started to really feel burnt out after seeing many of the same performing artists year in and year out. The shows are usually awesome thanks to top notch production, friendly customer service, and awesome drinks however the negatives I experience generally happen outside the venues thanks to constant harassment from the same 25-50 street-folk that frequent Cap Hill, Belltown, and Pioneer Square. It’s not that I don’t like these people as humans or that I feel like I’m in danger around them. My issue comes from the frequent car break-ins, never-ending harassment for money, and general rudeness from these people once I politely turn them away. It is because of these types of experiences that a little over a year ago, I really started to question whether or not I would continue going out to Seattle’s “top” nightclubs.

Since that initial doubt took hold, I decided to spend more of my time going to new bars, restaurants, pubs, and doing other creative activities outside of the club scene. I wanted to avoid the usual nightlife spots and try all kinds of new places. It wasn’t until my friend Winson became a DJ at Aston Manor that I started considering going out to the club again. He convinced me to step out with some friends one night last winter and we were instantly drawn into the venue. There were beautiful women all over the place. The decorations looked incredible and the Cabaret theme made for quite the party. Since that time I’ve now been back to Aston Manor for a variety of other events, each one providing the most enjoyable experience I could really ask for. Over the last few years I’ve come to experience the good, the bad, and the ugly about going to party in downtown Seattle.

Having been to Aston Manor a good 7-8 times, I’ve been able to identify some of my favorite things about their nightclub and I’ve created a list of these favorites for you to check out down below!
