Satisfy Your Munchies at Blue Moon Burger Before PDX to SEA at Nectar Lounge

Nestled next to the 4th Avenue bridge is Blue Moon Burgers. This locally owned small burger chain has been in Seattle since 2005. They use locally sourced Washington beef. This establishment also offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. They offer a dedicated fryer for gluten-options to prevent any cross-contamination.

Their prices are definitely affordable, without compromising any flavor. Each burger comes with a bun that is durable enough to hold in all of your toppings. Some buns soak up all of the condiments and cause the patty to slide out when taking a bit. Blue Moon Burgers do not have this issue at all. There is a noticeable level of quality that goes into each burger. You can also purchase malts, milkshakes, craft beer, or curry fries to go along with your burger. Their onion rings are also exceptional.

They also offer what they are calling, “The Impossible Burger,” which is entirely derived from plant-based proteins but allegedly does not sacrifice any of the meat taste. It is definitely on my list for when I eat at Blue Moon Burgers before the PDX to SEA event at Nectar Lounge.
