I am the worst at saving money. I told myself I would save most of my next paycheck to move out of my parents’ house, save for gas, and a trip to the dispensary—I mean, a donation to a church. But no, the Bumbershoot 2015 lineup was just released and now I gotta drop another $150.
That’s how good this lineup this. In fact, unless Yellow Claw gets added to the Paradiso lineup, Bumbershoot might be my favorite of all the summer festivals in the Pacific Northwest.

Yes, I know it’s worth the $150, and it’ll still be worth the $170 if I wait too long to buy my ticket. It’s such a diverse set of artists. On Saturday, I’ll be going from The Weeknd, to Kacey Musgraves, to Raz Simone. On Sunday, arguably the best day, I will hit up whatever stages Zedd, Brand New, Flosstradamus, and the Cave Singers are at. And finally, to celebrate the actual day of Labor Day, you will find me at Hozier, Bassnectar, Borgore, Hey Marseilles, and Nacho Picasso.
I should also mention that my birthday is coming up mid-May and if anyone wants to chip in for my ticket, I would be much obliged. Seriously, I should not be spending my money. But this is a necessity.
What artists are you looking forward to on the lineup? Which ones should I check out? Let me know in the comments!
