Continue The STA Anniversary Party With Sean Tyas

Myon’s performance was an absolute blast last weekend at The Underground. Tickets sold out quickly, so many couldn’t make it that wanted to. Here’s your second chance to come celebrate the 2 Year Anniversary of Seattle Trance Alliance: Sean Tyas!

Originally born in the US, he moved to Europe to chase his dream of being a DJ. This dedication shows with his enormous catalogue of releases, many with over 30 versions of masters.

The Army of Degenerates

Out of all four celebration shows this month, Sean Tyas is definitely the most diverse. You can catch incredible uplifting vibes, banging tech trance, trippy psy, and so much more in a set. This all plays into his position as the leader of his army of Degenerates. Since the release of his debut album of the same name, he’s been fighting “The Man” of electronic dance music on multiple fronts. Fans around the world use the hashtag #iAmDegenerate when bumping his tunes.

According to Sean himself:

It’s about being anarchic and having a disregard for the prefabricated, predictable musical waffle that dominates so much of the top end of the electronic music scene. There’s so much up there that’s just appalling, and Degenerate is an alternative path for those looking for something with more sincerity, depth, passion and variation.

How fitting that the brand Seattle Trance Alliance, designed to take on the status quo two years ago, is hosting this rebel?

Like us, you are keen on joining this unique riot against the establishment of dance music. Join us in the dark basement of The Underground on 2/9! There is more information on the Facebook event page, and tickets are available now.
