Earlier today, both Drake and Torey Lanez posted the same pictures to their Instagram pages having people wonder, did the two squash their beef?
From the pictures below, that’s what it appears to be.
Drake’s captions reads: “We need more of this and less of that. 6.”
If you weren’t aware, Drake and Torey Lanez shared some type of beef with one another. It was never a huge topic, but the two have been trading jabs over the last couple of years.
Both artists are Toronto natives, and many people’s opinion of Torey Lanez is that he is a ditto of Drake. He has good melody when he sings and he has good flow when he raps. He takes shots at his adversaries, but he also sings to women. Just like Drake.
I would say things got kicked off by this tweet from Torey Lanez back in 2015.
Drake has since responded on multiple records, even most recently on his More Life playlist.
When we heard him commenting on Drake, it was never clear what side of the fence Torey was on. It was “The 6 is whack,” in one interview and “I’m a fan of Drake’s music,” in another.
Even before he blew up with his hit single “Say It”, Lanez put out a video on YouTube, offering Drake $10,000 dollars if he didn’t like his music.
