Draze Says We Line Up For Nikes But Not Our Rights

Seattle’s Draze has a timeless flow. While he’s reached “OG” status, his bars and delivery haven’t been left in yesterday. ‘Ain’t Nobody Talking About No Real Shit’ is a dope record you can bump but contains plenty of gems if you really listen.

The record holds both hip-hop music and the general public accountable for the lack of progressive effort. With all of the great opportunity living in this generation, it’s clear the world is not perfect. Instead of praising the progress, the Seatle rapper has no problem pointing out the obvious problems in today’s hip-hop culture. Sometimes it’s necessary to play the ‘asshole,’ and Draze does that beautifully over a sample based beat.

Draze loves Hip-hop, just not Love And Hip-hop. Plenty of quotables are provided on the record that is a tad more upbeat than the last feature ‘Irony on 23rd.‘ Listen to the man call out the bullshit and keep it real.

Draze – Ain’t Nobody Talking About No Real Shit

“I can’t be racist my best friends white…at least you know what that dumb shit sounds like” – Draze

The honesty in this man’s music is refreshing. Far from frail attempts to be controversial or stir the pot, Draze simply calls it like it is. Whether you like it or not, his opinion comes from an educated standpoint and blunt reality.
