I was a bit biased about this track from the get-go, being a big fan of both Ekali and ZHU. That’s just one reason why you shouldn’t make fun of me if I say anything corny. Now that that’s been said, listening to this was like plugging into the matrix: it left me wondering what was even real.

I appreciated every part of this track, from beginning to end. Although, I knew that I was hearing something incredible at around 40 seconds in when the song broke, and then built back up with a trippy sounding patterned progression of high pitched synths. Zhu and Ekali’s work here actually reminds me somewhat of Flumes newer music, such as songs like Take a Chance or Helix.

At any rate, these two are both amazing producers, who together make a dangerous combination of raw talent. This future track is more like future-future, it’s almost ahead of its time. Maybe I’m just biased.
