Ex-Cops Smoking Weed & Taking A Sobriety Test
When I was in college I was pulled over for being under the influence. At the time, I didn’t yet smoke weed, however, I smelled strongly of freshly burnt cannabis thanks to me hanging out with some of my future stoner friends. After passing their sobriety test and passing blame to the friends I was no longer with, Ellensburg PD let me go.
Watching this video makes me wonder if cops who are suffering from PTSD have considered cannabis as a serious option. We often forget that police officers are humans too and the work they do can have a serious toll on their mental health.
