Canada Already Importing Cannabis From Africa!

A recent article shared by MJBizDaily.com discussed the importing and exporting of cannabis between Africa and Canada. The article said that Vancouver, British Columbia is expected to receive an 850-gram shipment of cannabis in the coming days.

“Seattle-based Rhizo Sciences, the U.S. company that has secured an exclusive off-take agreement with Lesotho-based producer Medi Kingdom, said the MMJ will likely be used for research and development in Canada after it receives a Certificate of Analysis from Anandia Laboratories.” per MJBizDaily.

Rhizo Sciences co-founder and president Dallas McMillan stated, “These exports demonstrate our production and export capability, so we can open the channels for our commercial production later in the year.”

The growth of legalized cannabis creates many opportunities where vertically integrated retailers could wholesale cannabis from different parts of the world. Could you imagine visiting Vancouver and sampling cannabis from Seattle, Mexico, or in this case, Africa?
