Max Dope drops Ceilin’ Murda, the second single off of Blunts & Empathy, features Seamob’s Yungg Bleeze. Max dope is a Tacoma based rapper that is on the come-up he’s been doing bigger and bigger things, and it’s good to see a higher quality video to help push his music to new levels.
