York, PA representative Phene comes through with his newest release, The Set Up, presented by Dj Dub Floyd. Phene has been consistently dropping dope music, videos, and merch for as long as I can remember. Putting time and effort into the creation and release of each project and his High Off Life company. When I recently spoke to Phene about his trip to Pittsburgh he let me know he was working on a few jams with the homie Beedie (whose regularly featured on here). Small world to see both these East Coast emcees I’ve worked with know each other and have material coming out.
