Rae Sremmurd Features Travis Scott On A New Collaboration "Close”

Rae Sremmurd Features Travis Scott On “Close”

Rae Sremmurd is back cooking up hit tracks. This time, the duo is releasing a triple-disc album. Sr3mm breaks down into three sections: Jxmtro, Sremm3, and Swaecation. The first part is composed of tracks by Slim Jxmmi that features other people like Swae Lee. The second part is both of them coming together to make songs as Rae Sremmurd, and the last part consists of tracks by just Swae Lee. The layout may be a little confusing, but the artistic vision in creating this album is admirable.

The duo has been releasing singles from the album, which include “Powerglide” featuring Juicy J, “Guatemala,” “Chanel” featuring Pharrell, and more.

The collaboration between Rae Sremmurd and Travis Scott wasn’t exactly planned. Mike WiLL, who had produced the beat, sent it to both of the artists. They later found out that the artists had each spit over the beats. After reviewing what they’ve made, it was decided that putting both Sremmurd and Scott’s work together would be best for the track.

You can listen to “Close” below. With all these consistently hot singles, we can expect a top 40 album from Rae Sremmurd. Keep up with them on social media and don’t miss this album drop!
