RMR’s #TheseSongsSlap playlist is back again for the month of September and we’re excited to announce we’ve made a few exciting changes.
This month we partnered with Kozmo to discuss each track and artist that is up for consideration on September’s list. Kozmo is a well known producer and DJ in the Seattle bass music scene and is considered one of the go-to guys in Seattle and Tacoma if you need help learning Ableton.
Together him and I curated about 25 different songs from artists based in the Pacific Northwest and we gave each track at least 60 seconds of playing time before deciding if we would feature the song in this month’s playlist. In addition to our live-reactions on the stream, we offer comments and feedback for each artist whose music was featured.
For the tracks we couldn’t decide on, we utilized the Respect My Region Facebook-stream to ask fans for help with tie breaker votes.
