Takashi Murakami Presents: The Octopus Eats Its Own Leg in Vancouver

Takashi Murakami brings his latest exhibit The Octopus Eats Its Own Leg to Vancouver, Canada. The exhibition was showcased at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago over the summer and will present a similar and reorganized gallery. The exhibit is open to the public for a limited time from February 3rd to May 6th.

Over the weekend, Murakami celebrated his birthday on the first of February by hosting a birthday bash for the lucky few that could get tickets to this special event. The party included an exclusive exhibition preview of his work at the Vancouver Art Gallery followed by an after-party that featured a special musical performance.
