Am I the only one in the PNW who is excited to see Tiësto at Freaknight 2015?
After having missed the opportunity to see Tiësto perform three times in two years, I will be 
damned if I miss out on seeing him at this year’s Freaknight 2015. So what if he’s a little mainstream? And so what if USC Events books him almost every year?
There are plenty of reasons why Tiesto is as popular as he is and why he continuously gets booked at the biggest and best festivals.
Here’s are just a few reasons why you should get pumped for Tiësto
1: New Music – Tiësto has released a ton of new music in the last couple months including collaborations with Don Diablo, The Chainsmokers, and Martin Garrix. Expect to see me bouncing, swaying, crumping, but not twerking to each of these tracks throughout his set. I refuse to dance to “Secrets” though; that song is way too over played.
2: TST x Tiësto – For whatever reason, Tiësto has an alter-ego he calls TST that also releases music. I’m not gonna lie to you, it sounds the exact same as regular Tiësto, but with this alter-ego comes a whole set of songs you may not have heard yet. Check them out in the playlist below!
3: Tiësto is honorary 12th Man – After Freaknight was cancelled last year, the legendary DJ was seen at CenturyLink Field wearing a Seahawks jersey at that Sunday’s game. Tiësto is a one of the most sought-after DJs in the world. He could have easily been anywhere else making a ton of money but he chose to be at a Hawks game. To me, the fact he stuck around to support our Hawks should make him an honorary 12th.
