TOPE - Better Place

TOPE Drops Better Place Music Video With Stewart Villain

We’ve been featuring TOPE for a few years now and are big fans of what he does for the Northwest music scene. The former PDX-based artist recently moved out to Cali and has been quite busy working on new music and running his newly established PR firm.

In some of his first material since his Bay Area relocation, TOPE lets go of his newest visual for his track ‘Better Place.’  Stewart Villain chops up a classic Lauryn Hill sample while TOPE dives into the kicks and snares.

Gearing up for his 3AM tour, I suspect TOPE is ready to continue dropping more new material leading up to his ‘3 AM in Oakland’ album.  Still putting on for the Northwest, TOPE has taken his music past Portland to California and beyond.

Stay tuned for his Seattle show on June 18th and Portland on June 19th!

“It’s been almost a year since rising Portland artist TOPE packed up his bags, dropped the single Miss Me When I’m Gone, and moved to Oakland to pursue music full time.

Since leaving the City of Roses, TOPE has toured with Gift Of Gab, produced for Slum Village, dropped another classic beat tape in his FREE LEMONADE series, created his own PR firm, licensed some music to the Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club and that is only some of his accolades from this year. Now halfway through 2016, TOPE is gearing up for a huge summer. With a 23 city tour and new album to follow, TOPE has no plans of slowing down.” – Official TOPE Press Release
