Tri-Cities Hip-Hop artist Topp released a new single titled Night N’ Day. Solely produced by himself, he dove in with a choir-like trap ballad. Expanding his skill set and adopting and ear for instrumentals allows him an edge beyond artists who rip freebies.
I hear a lot of Travis Scott and Kid Cudi influences. With only three songs on his SoundCloud, it would be nice to expect a full length project. The success from “All I Want In Life” and “Pilot Plan” indicates he is ready for collection of songs for fans to comb through.
Topp has been engaged in the scene and making his presence. It’s pretty hard to miss him, his brand resonates through his charismatic nature. This song further blazes a trail and respectfully shows growth with how composed his mixing and mastering has become. A gloomy and dark feel for a song but with the right vigilance to spot any snakes in the shrub. Guess that’s how fixated you become when working Night N’ Day. The run to the Topp has been pushed further up.
