Welcome to another week of Trap Tuesday! It’s the first week of the new year, and I’ve made sure to give you just the tunes you need for a killer beginning to your year! Starting off, I’ve got this creative and catchy production titled “Spooky Syndrome” by Atik.
This one is diverse, captivating and original, from the start. It opens with high synths, leads into a trappy beat. From there, the track just gets filthier and filthier as it goes on. My favorite part was at 1:20 seconds when the song makes an unpredictable switch and completely turns over on its head. From that point on, I knew that Atik easily earned some recognition for this Trap Tuesday. Ghost trap is in.

This track is deep and emotional, with a buildup of piano notes and high synths that draw you in and make you feel invested from the get-go. What sold me on this song wasn’t it’s well-balanced production or drawing lyrics. It was actually that oddly satisfying squeak at 1:27 seconds. For some reason, it was the perfect touch.
This artist definitely hits me right in the feels. Keep an eye out for him as his reputation grows in 2018. I suspect he will be putting out some great material.
