Over the last week Cardi B and Azealia Banks have traded words over social media. Banks recently inserted herself into the headlines as she stated Cardi B to be to be “Poor man’s Nicki Minaj.”
Banks also went as far to say that Cardi has a ghostwriter and is only successful because she’s Latina.
Cardi recently took to Instagram Live previewing what sounds like a new song for her upcoming album. The snippet has a very Meek Mill intro like vibe as it transitions from low to turnt up high energy. It also sounds like there are a few bars aimed at Cardi’s adversaries. With recent tension between Cardi & Azealia, it wouldn’t be an overreaction to think some of these bars are aimed at Banks.
