Venturing out on Cap Hill is not my usual M.O. for a shoot. Lately though, the hill has provided awesome little spots, and good times and vibes with some wonderful models. For this shoot, what better time to try a new strain than winding down with a new friend? Today’s suspects: White Tahoe Cookies from Gold Leaf Gardens and a Blue Dream Juju Joint from Liberty Reach. You know, for those photoshoot moments that needed discretion.
After meeting up with a new model, Marin @mostlycolorsandglitter, and another photographer, Taylor @taylortwotails. I had to roll up a blunt of this sweet frosty bud. Popping that Gold Leaf Gardens cork top, I couldn’t pick and roll quick enough with the aromas wafting around and sticking to my fingers.
Once rolled, we headed back out to find some bright spotlights to bring out Marin’s glow and bright, contrasting style. With the three of us wanting to blaze, the Juju immediately became a good idea. The classic Blue Dream oil was the perfect holdover while walking about; smooth and discrete with that signature euphoria to help us keep our creative eyes peeled.
After finding a perfect spot by a library, we set up and sparked up. Snapping shots and passing the L through the circle, I was almost tempted to say forget shooting, I need to enjoy these cookies! A flavor profile even sweeter than the scent, White Tahoe Cookies hits. Mental elation and a warm body buzz had me fiending like the cookie monster. This is a strain you can’t help but smoke down quickly, not that anyone needs convincing after first glance.
