Alright, this Sunday we’re back with a bunch of mid-tempo and funky bass from artists like Blanke, Please Wait, BlackGummy, Quackson, VVN, EPTIC, Frequent, and Xavi.
If you’re not on the up and up with Blanke, he’s an Australian producer who’s had releases on records such as Buygore, Deadbeats, Lowly Palace, and Downright. His name definitely fits his music in the sense that it has a sort of undescribable bass sound that will leave you Blanke.
Be sure not to skip over Quackson and VVN’s collab, Surrender. It’s an absolute slapper. Also, Kumarion just dropped a drum and bass remix of Whethan’s “Be Like You,” and successfully managed to bring two of my favorite genre’s together into one.
Another producer I’d like to shout out is Xavi. He’s another artist with a very original style of melodic and glitchy bass music.
Last but not least, I added in some Avicii originals and remixes to honor our fallen hero. It sucks to see him gone but I’m never going to forget about all the amazing music he’s brought us.
