C2B (Caleb Brown) has been grinding for years to get the respect and recognition he has been receiving off his debut studio album Unleashed. Less than a week ago he had just 13 monthly listeners on Spotify. Now, he has 12,390 and is getting plays daily on a radio station in England and reaching a total of 15 different countries.
Some may still be skeptical and that’s their loss. These are the kind of results you get from putting in a real effort and caring about your craft beyond becoming rich and famous. C2B doesn’t just rap about money or women, and he doesn’t try to piggyback off hip hop cliches or swag jacking. He is his own artist who raps about his life and his experiences. Keeping it real is one of the best ways to gain real fans. It may not be the flashy over-night sensation formula but C2B proves it’s a formula for true success and fulfillment.
Recently moving to Vancouver, British Colombia to further expand his work in religion and helping others, he is still fully dedicated to music. Using the experiences and lessons he’s learned, he spreads his beliefs and hopes to inspire others through his music. Unleashed is a culmination of more than 3 years of work.
