Andrew Freedman is also known as The Cannabis Sommelier and he is an expert at pairing wine and cannabis. Freedman matches the terpene profile of cannabis with the perfect alcohol, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. Avesta Gatherings and The Cannabis Sommelier are joining forces to host their first cannabis and wine dinner of 2019.
Chef Elycia Ross, owner of Lil’ Truck On The Prairie will be preparing the dinner. Her food truck specializes in locally sourced gourmet ingredients. This pairing will feature five different lightly infused courses, two of them will include cannabis pairings. The event takes place on January 26th in Calgary, tickets are available here.
