Cole’s Is Spokane’s Dedicated Gluten-Free Restaurant

Dedicated gluten-free establishments can be hard to find. Find Me Gluten Free, the iOS and Android app can be helpful when navigating a new city. A quick search of Spokane revealed one dedicated gluten-free place and a handful of what I like to call, how lucky do I feel today places. Filling that gap in Spokane is Cole’s, a cafe and bakery combination that is completely gluten-free.

Cole’s offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, vegan, and keto options. On top of catering to all these dietary restrictions they are also peanut free. Although restaurants like this are becoming more popular in the Seattle area, it is nice to see them thriving on the eastern side of the mountains as well. First thing on the menu I noticed was chicken and waffles. Without hesitation, I knew exactly what I wanted.
