First State Compassion Center
The next Delaware cannabis dispensary on our list is First State Compassion Center. Run by a former state-trooper, the business was the first “compassion center” to receive a license in 2014. This seasoned operator offers a variety of different cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, capsules, tinctures, edibles, vapes, and other concentrates.
First State Compassion Center’s menu has some unique products like Betty’s Eddies Fruit Chews and solvent-less rosin. Although, new patients should note the very specific guidelines for ordering on the company’s website. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a diverse selection, First State Compassion Center might be a good place to start!
Columbia Care
Columbia Care is the largest retailer in Delaware. This multi-state operator (MSO) has three dispensaries spanning across all three counties. Columbia Care features an expansive menu with a range of products and prices. These retail locations are neat and host a friendly staff for those new patients looking for specific guidance with their wellness journey.
As an existing MSO, Columbia Care sells their own product lines, including Amber, Classix, Seed & Strain, Plant Sugar, and recently introduced a partnership with Tyson 2.0. That’s right, Mike Tyson’s brand.
This company may be a good option for those looking to purchase a little bit of everything! Columbia Care also offers reasonably priced accessories, like terp pens, glass pipes, and dab rigs.
The Farm
The next Delaware weed dispensary on our list is The Farm. Despite its obscure location in Felton, this establishment entered the Delaware market in 2021 and quickly gained popularity for its tasty treats. The Farm sells a range of infused edibles like brownie bites, cookies, caramels and gummies.
Consequently, The Farm also cultivates some pretty elite flower and pull and snap shatter too. Moreover, certain flower retails by the half ounce at The Farm’s location, making purchases more convenient for heavier flower consumers.
Fixed with a drive through window, The Farm is worth checking out as it becomes more settled in the Delaware market.

Valor Craft
Although it’s not open yet, the last dispensary on our list is Valor Craft Cannabis. In 2021, Delaware awarded an additional compassion center license to American Fiber Company. Consequently, American Fiber plans on operating the eighth dispensary in Delaware under the name Valor Craft Cannabis. Moreover, Valor Craft is a veteran-owned company.
