ICYMI: Dempsey Hope’s Newest Release “Autumn” Shows Why He’s Up Next From The Seattle Music Scene

Amid these uncertain times for artists, a rising Seattle pop singer’s wildest dreams came true. Dempsey Hope is an emerging genre-fluid artist and he signed a record deal with RCA Records in 2020.

Hope recently released his first song of 2021 ‘Autumn’ along with a music video produced by Jake Crocker, another rising artist/producer from the emerald city. Crocker became a force on the Seattle scene within the past few years. His extensive knowledge and fluency in EDM and hip-hop has really helped Dempsey Hope since working with him.

Hope was featured in the Seattle Times, and stated “One thing I love about Jake is how big picture his music and his beats sound. It just makes me think movies — major motion pictures.”

Together, the duo stacked a stunning compilation of music. Check out Dempsey’s first song of 2021 ‘Autumn’ along with his music video produced by Jake Crocker.

Dempsey Hope Project

In October 2020, Dempsey Hope released the ‘Dempsey Hope Project’ via RCA Records with a collection of 10 songs. This collection draws inspiration from different types of music that influenced Hope since his passion for music began.

“This project is special to me because it’s really an interesting culmination of the last year of my life,” Dempsey shares with HollywoodLife.

“I love the songs that I created on this project because I feel like they give you a densely metaphorical peek into my life, as I put a lot of inspiration and intention into all of my lyrics. Also, this last year has been such a roller coaster with the state of our country and the world, but I’ve had much personal growth, and I feel like it shines through on the dempsey hope project, so I hope it inspires people and makes them feel good. My absolute favorite thing is to share new music with my fans, so I’m excited to get this out there and plot on dropping the next.”

Dempsey Hope’s music focuses on a beat that sounds nothing less than nostalgic, and produces heart-warming melodies with both Pop and R&B influences. After just one listen, there’s no doubt that you’ll hop on the Dempsey train.

Hope went from just your average guy spending time at home during quarantine to signing with RCA Records in just a matter of months. He’s truly an inspiration that emerging artists can look up to.
