Orange Widow Live Resin Strain Review (Feat. DNA Gardens)

DNA Gardens is a small farm outside of Seattle. They produce cannabis as well as extracts. Their packaging doesn’t take away from their line of visually appealing cannabis. Their Orange Widow Live Resin is a 70/30 indica hybrid strain. The genetics are currently unknown, but I would guess that it is a cross between White Widow and an unknown strain.

Using the action figure style packaging, DNA Gardens presents their extract elevated from the ground. Their logo appears in a metallic green font above the concentrate. However, the main attraction keeps your eye focused on it. The name of the strain appears on top of the jar. As someone who has a ton of unlabeled concentrate jars, I appreciate this. An orange colored extract sprawls across the bottom of the jar. There is an orange smell to the live resin. Floating in the terpene rich sauce are small diamonds.

Orange Widow Live Resin Strain Review (Feat. DNA Gardens)

Inside the jar, the diamonds are small enough that it is easy to get a manageable dab on your scoop. Scooping a chunk released a heavy orange aroma into the air. Once my banger was cold enough I dropped a small diamond into the bucket. An artificial orange flavor coated my taste buds. Shortly after my eyelids immediately got heavy and my train of thought slowed down. While the flavor is potent, I almost feel like there isn’t enough sauce for a live resin product.
