J. Cole Announces Return of Second-Ever Dreamville Festival In Spring of 2022

Grammy-nominated artist and producer J. Cole announces the return of Dreamville Festival, which will take place next spring in April 2022. The festival was put on pause because of COVID-19 concerns, and with the event revamping in spring, there are safety guidelines and restrictions to ensure healthy and happy guests. You will need to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccine card or negative COVID-19 test results within 72 hours of the event to enter. The festival will be held at Raleigh’s largest city park, Dorothea Dix Park, on April 2nd and 3rd, 2022.

The Dreamville team is donating a portion of ticket sales to the official Dreamville Festival charity partners, the Dreamville Foundation and the Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy.

Tickets and Lineup for Dreamville Festival 2022

There was a special ticket pre-sale that took place at 10:00 am ET on Tuesday, September 28th on the Dreamville Festival website. Fans needed to sign up for a newsletter to be eligible for the pre-sale. Regular two-day GA and VIP passes went on sale on October 1st and sold out in less than a day. Though, Level 4 GA passes have since been added, which start at $249. We recommend acting quick before this batch sells out as well.

The lineup announcement is expected within the coming weeks, but is likely to feature multiple of Dreamville’s own artists. We also expect to see other large names not affiliated with the label, based on the lineup from 2019’s event.

Dreamville

Dreamville is a connected hip-hop label that was created by Jermaine Cole, better known as J. Cole in 2007. The label’s roster includes J. Cole, Bas, Ari Lennox, Cozz, Omen, J.I.D., Lute, and EARTHGANG. There are also well-known producers on the label such as Cedric Brown, Elite, Ron Gilmore, and more. The label focuses on exploring new visuals, sounds, and ways to connect with people all around the world while sharing diverse hip-hop music and content.

This year’s festival will be Dreamville’s second festival, with the first one taking place in 2019. The 2019 lineup included artists such as Young Thug, SZA, Big Sean, Nelly, Teyana Taylor, Saba, Cordae, and more. The festival was a huge success and it is exciting to see the diverse and popular label Dreamville bring the festival back in spring 2022.
