Flying Apron has two locations in the Seattle area with one in Fremont and the other in West Seattle. They specialize in gluten-free plant-based foods. Rotating bakery items pair well with their cafe menu which features soups, pizza, and veggie pies. I’ve always favored their bakery items, typically I end up here after smoking a blunt along the water.
Inside the Fremont bakery are sets of tables and chairs with a few cozy looking seats around a coffee table. I’ve purchased their cookies on every single visit and never have I purchased the same one twice. Each one that I’ve tried has been as good as anything homemade. Once I was lucky enough to get there in time to grab a garlic herb loaf of bread. It was so good I managed to eat most of it on the train ride home.
