I’m questioning a lot of my life choices lately. Should I work out today? Should I eat this cookie? Should I swipe right? And on the forefront of my mind, should I go to Freaknight this year?
On one hand, I can’t fathom a two-day trip to Tacoma since the only reason I ever go down there is to go to Hooters. One the other hand, this lineup is ridiculous.
USC Events put together one of the most diverse lineups I have ever seen. Whatever your genre, from dubstep to trap or psytrance to deep house, Freaknight Festival 2015 features over 40 dance music artists and includes many of the world’s top DJs.
Check out the full lineup below:
Day 1 of Freaknight marks the return of Deadmau5 to the Pacific Northwest. Nero is another highly anticipated artist set to grace the Tacoma Dome and Brillz, Chuckie, Mat Zo, and TroyBoi are also on my list of Day 1 must-sees.
If I do decide to attend this year, it will be because of Day 2’s roster which is headlined by Tiesto and features special guest Diplo, both of whom are lingering on my bucket list of must-see artists. I’m also pretty excited to see Dirtyphonics after hearing Skrillex play their remix of ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites’ at this last year’s Paradiso Festival.
Lately I’ve been listening to Simon Patterson and its really helping me warm up to more trance music artists. When it’s time to booty bounce, I’ll be at Bad Royale, Carnage, ETC!ETC!, NGHTMRE, and UZ. Adventure Club and Don Diablo would be icing on the cake if the show was in Seattle.
Now that you all understand my dilemma I need your help deciding! What I should do?
