Juice Radio just released fan voting for their 2nd annual Freshest in the Northwest list. Last year the list received great media coverage and had people anticipating the number one artist in the Northwest hip-hop scene! This year I expect to see more of Portland represented in the list as well as some new faces! Macklemore is excluded from voting because he is most undoubtably the front runner for our region and no other Northwest artists has began to rival his success as of yet.
