Check Out G-Eazy's Three New Songs In New EP "The Vault"

G-Eazy Drops Three New Songs In EP Titled “The Vault”

After dropping The Beautiful & Damned at the end of 2017, G-Eazy has released a three-song EP titled The Vault in celebration of his birthday. The new EP has many features which include Nef The Pharaoh, P-LO, Global Dan, R.J, and J Ant.

Each track in The Vault tends to be more trap based, even though most tracks don’t qualify as anthems due to the low key vibe of the verses and instrumental space provided. Mainly produced by Vinylz, Code Dope, and P-LO – each track stands alone in regards to the overall sound and feel. With that said, the sound of the Bay can be heard in the frequent pulsing snares to the short but catchy hooks.

Lyrically, G-Eazy and his guests present pretty standard lyrics throughout The Vault, something that is unsurprising to hear at this point. Throughout the project, G-Eazy makes his standard references to women and his overall lifestyle, while his features offer similar content along the way.

G-Eazy’s The Vault is intended to be a fun listen for fans and is something that shouldn’t be taken too seriously. This can be seen as the equivalent to his Step Brothers EP with Carnage – a project that was a fun listen as well, but didn’t go too deep. It is clear that G-Eazy simply did this out of the love for his fans and to keep people bumping new music until his next album drops.
