Ghostfish Brewing Company Serves Seattle Gluten-Free Food And Beer

Gluten-free food can be hard to find, and gluten-free beer can be near impossible. Luckily SoDo’s Ghostfish Brewing Company provides people with both. They operate a dedicated gluten-free facility on the same block as Silver Platters. Gluten-free might not be the most appealing way to consume beer and food to most, but don’t let the label deter you. My dad, who is far from being gluten-free and an avid beer drinker, actually enjoys visiting the brewery. Their food meets his palate’s high standards and their beer is to die for.

The restaurant can get busy on a weekend evening, naturally. On busier nights you can find the place brimming with people drinking beer at the bar and families enjoying a delicious spread of food. Ghostfish Brewing offers IPA’s, Belgian Whites, Pales, Stouts, and occasionally a Sour. Their food is what I would call, upper-class bar food. While they may offer burgers and fries, don’t expect some cheap patty with skimpy toppings and a terrible tasting bun. They deliver consistently high-quality food that meets the dietary restrictions of someone with Celiac disease. They even offer vegan and vegetarian options as well! My personal favorite is the fish and chips paired with a Kickstep IPA.
