HARD Summer 2025 Returns to LA: Here’s Everything You Need to Know

Are you ready to for Hard Summer 2025? The music scene in LA is alive and well, so get ready for another year of good tunes, grooves, and dancing all day long!

Hard Summer 2025 has announced the iconic two day festival return, August 2-3, 2025! Since 2008, Hard Summer has brought the hottest artists from all over the world to Southern California.

For the second year in a row, the event will be held in the heart of LA, in Inglewood, California at the Hollywood Park, right near the SoFi Stadium- making it easy for attendees to commute to and from the festival grounds. There are plenty of parking garages, meter parking, and Uber/Lyft options available at the designated rideshare areas.

HARD Summer has become a cornerstone of Southern California’s festival landscape, recognized for its vibrant summer aesthetic.

Today, it stands as one of LA’s most diverse music festivals — a dynamic celebration of the city’s musical diversity and cultural spirit. With much love and respect to Gary Richards (aka Destructo) for creating the festival, things really turned up a notch in the electronic music scene following its acquisition by Insomniac in 2013. The 2025 lineup delivers HARD’s signature mix of electronic music excellence, uniting global electronic heavyweights, underground pioneers, and boundary-pushing newcomers.

Headlining this year are GRAMMY-nominated Australian hitmaker Dom Dolla, Colombian reggaetón and cumbia star Feid, and the French industrial force icon Gesaffelstein. Dom Dolla is a festival favorite with high-energy DJ sets with his undeniable charisma behind the decks, making him a crowd magnet at events like Coachella, EDC, and HARD Summer, even selling out two nights of his own show at the LA State Historic Park back in October.

Another headliner, Feid, began his musical journey by writing and producing for artists such as J Balvin, Nicky Jam, and Christina Aguilera. Feid’s contributions to Latin music has earned him multiple nominations and awards, solidifying his status as a prominent artist in the genre.

Honorable mention, Gesaffelstein, is a French electronic music producer and DJ known for his dark, industrial, and cinematic sound, and working with notable artists such as Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, and Pharell Williams, to name a few. Gesaffelstein hasn’t always been in the limelight, since he’s done a massive amount of production behind the scenes, which makes him a MUST SEE for anyone who hasn’t gotten to experience the musical genius he truly is.

Other exciting artists include dancehall legend Sean Paul, New Orleans hip-hop titan Juvenile & The 400 Degreez Band, and a live set from visionary duo Four Tet and Floating Points, known for their experimental garage type sound.

For high speed, upbeat techno fans, the lineup brings firepower from Italian acid duo 999999999, hard techno star Alignment, the enigmatic I Hate Models, who has grown his fanbase from playing smaller after hours parties in warehouses throughout LA, and just made an insane performance at Ultra Miami that we were lucky enough to attend, one of the best performances of the weekend.

Solamente label lady boss Deborah De Luca will be bringing the heavy Godly-bass, and an electrifying B2B with KI/KI and a surprise guest, any guesses who it could be? Don’t fret, Hard didn’t forget about our beloved bass heads, with sets from PEEKABOO, a Tape B B2B Mersiv to get a little wobbly, and one of our anticipated artists to see, the sample king, trap-wizard, Crankdat

After relocating to Hollywood Park in 2024 for convenience to festival goers amongst its growing attendance, HARD Summer reimagined the LA festival experience.

Last year, it partnered with 17 local businesses, including five in Inglewood to really emphasize it’s devoted attention to contributing success amongst small mom-and-pop companies and local businesses.

The 300-acre venue offers an immersive atmosphere with expansive grounds, interactive art, and playful activations — making it the largest electronic music festival footprint in the city. Hollywood Park is an iconic global destination for millions to enjoy. For more information, please visit www.hollywoodparkca.com.

We are in Southern California, the summer gets very warm so expect plenty of sunshine. Thankfully, last year, we attended the event and it was a beautiful weekend reaching the high 80’s, so there wasn’t a need to use our electronic cooling fans, but we always recommend bringing them just in case!

For this year’s Hard Summer 2025 event, make sure to wear comfortable shoes, apply some sunscreen prior to entering, and feed yourselves, although there will be plenty of delicious food vendors, it’s always recommended to come prepped and ready to groove.
