Midwest rapper Ideal is gaining notice via a handful of exciting ventures. The rapper is collaborating with big names as well as performing with other big names. For example, he collaborated with Mick Jenkins recently. Furthermore, the rapper is in the process of finishing up a song with Griselda member Benny The Butcher. The End of Summer Tour is a One Stop Shop for Amazing Live Hip-Hop Performances
Earlier this month, the midwestern emcee announced his End of Summer Tour. The 5-date run will take the rapper from Chicago to Los Angeles to Michigan. Most notably, two of these dates will be opening sets for another Griselda legend, Conway the Machine. Spanning from September 17th to October 16th, these shows will be incredibly hype.
While Ideal is opening for Conway the Machine on some tour dates, he will be headlining with his own band on the rest. Named Midwest Hype, this group features Ideal as a frontman. Known for their blend of hip-hop, reggae, and jazz, this band is breaking boundaries. With Ideal spitting high-energy bars and the rest of Midwest Hype providing insane instrumentals, this band should certainly be on your radar.

Ideal Puts His Best Effort Forward on Incredible Studio Material
While waiting for the MC’s new release with Benny The Butcher, he is held up by his strong discography. With his band Midwest Hype, the rapper has been part of 2 full length projects, as well as an EP. The rapper also has some solo material out as well. Titled Wildlife, Ideal delivers four incredible tracks. Furthermore, this EP features work from Jake Cinninger and Kris Meyers of Umphreys McGee.
Additionally, Ideal has been dropping music in 2021 as well. His latest release, titled “Natural Man,” is a hype new single that resembles the flow of an early Slim Shady. According to All Hip Hop, Ideal is “in a category of his own.” This is apparent when listening to his amazing discography.
Ideal will appear at the Regent Theater in Los Angeles on October 14th. He will be opening for Griselda’s Conway the Machine.
