IsaacJacuzzi has been bubbling in the local Seattle scene for some time now. Since roughly 2018, he’s made statement after statement that he is going to be one of the PNW’s next big things. That latest statement is his newest album, A Gem From The Tropics 2, which dropped April 1st on all streaming platforms.
Close followers of IsaacJacuzzi will let you know that the album has been out since 2021 on SoundCloud. But the official release is a big deal, giving the album better reach and tractability. With other young rising local talent popping up on this album, such as producer Royce David, it’s a nice highlight on the current state and future of Seattle music.

A Gem From the Tropics of Seattle
With a goal “to shine a lime light on darkness we all go through,” IssacJacuzzi’s music is all about the journey and getting through hard times; while also having some fun and maybe falling in love along the way. This is influenced by his upbringing in a West Indian family. He creates unique sounds and displays his musical range on A Gem From The Tropics 2, making it a prime example of Isaac’s new wave singer-songwriter talents.
“Push Pon It” and “Caribbean Spice” are a couple of dope tracks to check out first off of A Gem From The Tropics 2. “Push Pon It” is a smooth sultry vibe that Isaac has said is one of his favorites off the album. Further, “Caribbean Spice” has become a big fan favorite, giving some of those Drake circa 2016-17 vibes.
People around Seattle and in the PNW have at least been familiar with the name IsaacJacuzzi. But A Gem From The Tropics 2 could give him that shine he deserves. He has become a big stepper in Seattle’s hip-hop/R&B game and is always working to create & cement his legacy.
