After six years, Grammy Award-winning artists, Skrillex and Justin Bieber reunite once again. This time, they collaborate with Houston’s own Don Toliver. The trio’s new song is set to drop this Friday, August 20th.
Bieber and Skrillex were seen in the studio last Winter. This started rumors that Bieber was recording with Skrillex for his well overdue follow-up album to his 2014 debut album, Recess.

Skrillex and Justin Bieber Announce New Collab With Don Toliver
Yesterday, both Skrillex and Justin Bieber posted the same thing on their Instagram pages. All it said was “Friday” and pictures to what looks like the fourth music video dropping this year for Skrillex.
Many people remember Justin Bieber and Skrillex collaborating on the Grammy-winning single, “Where Are U Now.” However, this was not the last time the two artists got together to work. As a matter of fact, Bieber and Skrillex have had a string of collaborations since their first one back in 2015. Skrillex was a part of the production of many of the songs on Bieber’s album, Purpose. Because of the success back in 2015, it was a no-brainer to have Skrillex join Bieber on his Justice album that was just released earlier this year.
Skrillex has an impressive 8 Grammy Awards in his possession, and has had an extensive career and collaboration list. However, the electronic veteran has only released one album. Since May, though, he has released 3 songs collaborating with very different artists, including his most recent release two weeks ago with Swae Lee and Siiickbrain. However, with a Skrillex and Justin Bieber collaboration on the next release, fans can only assume it may be the best out of the four.
Skrillex has always shown great diversity and skill at his craft. If the collaboration dropping this Friday is a fraction as good as “Where Are U Now,” then we are looking at another possible Grammy for the two artists, and Don Toliver’s first.
