Master craftsmanship is the difference between an ordinary blunt and a fine cannabis cigar. One brand that proves just how big a difference the craftsmanship makes is El Blunto. In collaboration with Glass House Farms, California’s premium blunt roller has dropped another classic product: the El Blunto Mac 1.
The Mac 1 is a hybrid cross between Alien Cookies and Miracle 15. The combination of the parent strains should leave the flower with flavors of pepper, citrus, and pine, along with a euphoric high.
In this official West Coast Weed Tour Review, @JoeyJayPing and @Jazisorus test out the El Blunto Mac 1.
First Impressions
The El Blunto Mac 1 has a sleek, glass package with black and gold embellishments. The flower is cultivated by Glass House Farms, and both their logo and El Blunto’s are featured on the case and the wrapping around the cigar.
The Mac 1 is made up of 33% total cannabinoids and 28% THC, making it a pretty potent strain.
Two-Hit Review
The first hit brings the taste of pine. The taste is delicious, along with the aftertaste. However, as they were smoking it, Jazi and Joey noticed the flavor of the blunt wrap overshadowing the flavor of the Mac 1.
The smoke is heavy and gives off a slightly harsh burn. This could be contributed to the strain or the hemp wrap. The experience of smoking the El Blunto Mac 1 was enjoyable, but the flavor could have been a bit stronger.
As far as potency, both Jazi and Joey got higher with every hit. The potency of the strain definitely shines through, resulting in a score of 8.5 out of 10 for the Mac 1.
