Mark Battles Ends Tour At High Dive And Releases Two Exclusive EP’s “3 + 4”

Tomorrow Quality Control’s independently signed artist Mark Battles will be finishing off his tour at the High Dive in the heart of Fremont. With Seattle being the 12th and final stop of his tour, the energy is surely going to be out of control. Battles is a low-key legend in the hip-hop world, and the first rapper to find musical success out of Indianapolis. He owns his own independent record label called Fly America.

Mark Battles has been consistently putting out bodies of work since 2011 without ever letting up. Battles was even dubbed alongside Kendrick Lamar and YG in 5 Influential Rappers On Mental Health Stigma by The Huffington Post back in 2016.

Mark comes from the days of dropping endless mixtapes on platforms like DatPiff, and has worked with the likes of Wale, Kid Ink, French Montana, Tory Lanez, and Dizzy Wright. Your classic thoughtful lyrical surgeon, Battles is known for dropping relentless bars that echo legends of the boom-bap flow. His content often covers the streets, mental health, relationships, and introspective postulations on the human condition.

Mark has been dropping exclusive EP’s the weekend of the end of his tour, and only making each project available online for 48 hours after its release. The two EP’s are titled “3” and “4,” respectively. He said on his Facebook page that “This project has a more emotional vibe, with some tracks that are really close to my heart. I hope y’all ready to get to know me a little bit better. Again, only digital release, only available on my website, and only for 2 days. I want to do something special for those who really be rocking with me.” In this same post Battles lets us know that he has a mountain of music to release to us and that this is just a small token for his true fans.

With Battles dropping these special EP’s and ending his tour in Seattle at the High Dive, the night is sure to be popping. Snag your tickets to the event by heading over to the Facebook event page. Tickets are only $15, and for $50 you can meet the man himself. Check the tour poster below for further info.
