The Portland emcee has not only been a voice for the people of Portland in the realm of hip-hop but also a voice for black people everywhere. The mere title and theme of this record is a statement to hip-hop as a whole. Where everyone in hip-hop praises Donald Trump (pre-presidency), Rockefeller, and Warren Buffet; Capes goes left and claims he wants to ball like one of the richest humans in history that also happens to be black.
