Mochi Strain Review (Feat. Buddy Buddy Indoor)

Before purchasing this strain Mochi was just Japanese Icecream to me. Now, it’s an absolutely amazing cannabis strain. Buddy Buddy Indoor from California produces a delicious Mochi strain. A specific phenotype from Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies this strain delivers quite the punch. Since Buddy Buddy is from The Bay area I had no idea what I was in for quality wise.

Packaged in a large pill bottle style jar with a childproof lock. Buddy Buddy decorates their jars with a black background with metallic purple lettering. This color combination easily catches the eye and the style of the jar is unlike anything available in Washington. A tricky to open lid protects the cannabis from underage consumption. Inside was beautiful nug with shades of green and scattered patches of purple coated in a light dusting powdered sugar like trichomes.

I’ve never had the opportunity to smoke Mochi before, but Buddy Buddy Indoor definitely set the standard for the Gelato strain. A sweet flavor that I have never tasted before greeted my taste buds as I inhaled my first fat rip. I knew I was in for a good night immediately. I ended up running to the gas station across the street to grab a pack of swishers to try this strain out in a blunt. The munchies hit as I entered the store. I stocked up on chips and a can of Fanta go to with my swisher. The next few hours were spent zoning out on Southpark while periodically being reminded I had a phone.
