Myke Bogan Creates a Tropical Paradise With ‘Mango Tree’

Portland-based rapper Myke Bogan captured the summer essence in his tropical new song produced by SiM, ‘Mango Tree’. In the video, he’s spitting in a backyard luau setting. He wants you to make yourself comfortable. “How you supposed to dance in them glass slippers, take your shoes off.”

Now imagine laying on a beach on some tropical island. White rum mixed with fresh local mango picked right from the tree you’re laying under. The sunny beat warming your entire body as a layer of sweat coats your skin. You just finished a joint and your slowly starting to daydream. Then all of a sudden the waves of lyrics crash against you. You’re alert now taking in everything happening. Yet you’re so cozy in those sandy drums that you don’t even care that the verse got you wet, it’s refreshing.
