New Nevada Law: Embedded THC Symbol On All Edibles

Nevada Cannabis Update: THC Symbol Required On All Edibles

The State of Nevada already has strict regulations for edible cannabis products. In an effort to deter children from ingesting these cannabis-infused creations, Nevada is requiring manufacturers to have an embedded THC symbol on the edible. This change is to make them less appealing to children and aid the prevention of underage consumption.

This is one of the first major updates coming to the NV cannabis industry in 2019. Edibles produced after December 31st, 2018 must have this symbol on them.
