TreeHawk Farms’ Northwest Pineapple strain is one of their Genesis Five – the original five strains that carried TreeHawk through the early stages of their business. Northwest Pineapple is a special member of the pineapple weed family, it brings together Oregon Pineapple and Northern Lights. Oregon Pineapple is a cross of OG Kush and Pineapple, and is a strain rarely found on the market. Northern Lights one of the most famous cannabis strains there is, and together they form one of TreeHawks babies.
These flowers are shaped like the head of a dull shovel. They’re a typical green color with hairs, but the trichome layer stands out like a cloudy translucent blanket wrapped around each bud. The Northern Lights adds a real hazy zing to the pineapple flavors. Cracking open the buds even reveals some citrus notes with the hazy pineapples.
Northwest Pineapple provided me with a stoney head high. After the effects peaked and took hold, this strain gave me an intense one-tracked focus that I enjoy using while I’m reading. It shuts down any other thoughts running through my brain and allows me to focus intently on the pages between my fingers.
“A delicious sweet earthy pineapple flavor that is accented by a hint of hazy citrus that intensifies upon exhale,” TreeHawk Farms
