South Central’s Rassy Bugatti Continues To Elevate And Drop Bangers While Still Behind Bars

Rassy Bugatti is a bubbling artist and original Stinc Team rapper from South Central, LA. Despite being locked up since 2020 in LA County Jail fighting an ongoing case, Bugatti has been able to still release music from behind bars. Recently, he let loose Million Dollar Fugitive (Deluxe,) the deluxe version of his prominent mixtape he put out last year.

Rassy brought on assistance from his first cousins, Drakeo the Ruler, Ralfy the Plug, and more for the deluxe. Rassy is using his connections and his time in county jail to sharpen his bars while maintaining a buzz.

Growing up in South Central, Rassy Bugatti’s life has been difficult from the jump. He spent most of his young adult days in and out of jail as he battled the corrupt criminal justice department. The same could be said of his cousin Drakeo and their Stinc Team collective.

Stinc Team originated as a bunch of teenagers that were out on the streets getting money by any means necessary. Law enforcement quickly took to discriminating on their activities. Since his capture in 2016, Rassy has been fighting for his freedom while simultaneously developing his rap career. Million Dollar Fugitive was literally recorded over prison phones, similar to his Stinc Team brethren.

The reality is that prison has given Rassy Bugatti purpose with his music. As a result of continuous hype from his family on Stinc Team, he began rapping when he was locked up. He’s since become a valuable addition to their growing Nervous Music Movement, securing high-profile features and maturing his sound with every release. Bugatti’s precise and haunting flow will have the streets going crazy the minute he’s out.

Artists aren’t releasing mixtapes as often these days, but Rassy has been able to build noticeable buzz off his original tape last year. With the addition of these four new songs, he’s made a mini EP available on streaming platforms. The initial track “Look At Me” featuring his first cousin Drakeo opens up the tape with tremendous energy and power. His booming beat selection further elevates his confident and murderous flow. Tracks like “Shia Lebouf,” and “Days Numbered” give him the room to fully spazz out on the beat.

Bugatti aims to use his music as a platform to tell his harrowing story of making something from nothing and having to fight every step of the way. Despite being locked up all of 2020, he was still able to release several bangers, including a record with assistance from 1TakeJay, “C Murder,” and more. He also made an appearance on Drakeo the Ruler’s We Know The Truth mixtape. We’re sure to Rassy Bugatti continue to elevate his brand and develop his catalog until he gets out and truly rises to the top.
