B.A ScribeMecca Drops New Project Titled YUNGPATRONUS

The Tacoma-based Badyoshi trio has made huge waves in the Seattle hip-hop scene in the past few years, and they continue to make moves with the release of B.A ScribeMecca’s project YUNGPATRONUS. After listening to the project from start to finish, it’s obvious that the project is highly authentic to B.A ScribeMecca as it highlights the strong set of skills the Tacoma rapper brings to the table.

One of the most refreshing elements of the YUNGPATRONUS project is that the music isn’t compromised to fit within the current trap phase of hip-hop. In contrast, it mainly contains R&B, soul, and old-school sounds that focus on the emotional being of each individual instrumental.

Because of this, the laid-back soulful instrumental elements pair nicely with the pinpointed lyrical concepts heard in every verse. Each line is meticulously delivered to perfection, and on top of that, the listener encounters a free flowing quality to the rhymes that impeccably bridges the vocals with the instrumentals on each track.

Early standout tracks on YUNGPATRONUS include “Cloud Line,” “Chillin On My Own,” and “The Source.” The project has a fair amount of features that include Perry Porter, L.E.X, and Sotaria.
