I can only remember one other time where I had the privilege of smoking Strawberry Cough. It came from an extremely expensive dealer back in the black market days and it was absolute fire. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the dealer again to get more.
Since then, and since I’ve started dabbing, I have never had the opportunity to smoke a distillate concentrate. What I gathered during my discussion with the budtender was simple and complex at the same time. Basically, when cannabis goes through the distillation process it becomes a “purer” version of the oil, removing any contaminants and leaving the consumer with a “very pure” and clean product. The strawberry cough oil that I purchased was almost transparent with a honey like appearance and no smell at all when I opened the jar.
This potent Sativa caught my attention as soon as I found it at 420 Carpenter in Lacey. If you are ever in the Olympia area, they have the best selection out of any store in the Thurston County area.
Upon opening the Spoil’d Concentrate, I noticed that some of the oil was still stuck to the sides of the jar. I was eagerly awaiting the opportunity to smoke some of it. When I attempted to get some of the oil, it was very hard to work with. I could compare both the appearance and composition to honey, hell I could probably convince someone that it was honey.
The smoke was exceptionally smooth and did not have any strange tastes to it that I normally find in other concentrates. I found myself energized and extremely focused. I was unable to multitask on extremely simple things like cooking dinner and talking to my mom, and I even managed to burn my bacon. I loved the high and would definitely recommend purchasing some if you have the opportunity.
