This show follows vendors throughout the eastern part of the world, an area rich with culinary cuisines and vibrant culture. The first episode focuses on Thailand, an area packed with carts selling their specialties. After Thailand the show ventures to Taiwan, the Philippines, India, and Japan.

Not only does the show portray delicious looking delicacies but it also follows the story of the people behind the food. You are able to learn about what drives them to continue to cook for their customers.

Seeing food like this always makes me want to try and cook the same dishes in my kitchen. This requires some sense of adventure, but also a little cannabis. Some of my favorite strains to accompany me in the kitchen, or when I’m sampling new food are White Widow, The White, Durban Poison, or Amnesia Haze.
