In 2019, Respect My Region attended our first ever SXSW Conference and Festival. We connected with hundreds of entrepreneurs at the music and tech meetups and were able to hear many unique perspectives at the canna-business panels. The experience was truly one-of-a-kind and is sure to be replicated at SXSW 2020.
Networking with thousands of other people over the course of the week was not only a great opportunity to gain new contacts, but someone could realistically grow their social media network or followers by a few hundred, or even a thousand or more. There are really that many people looking for new music, culture, and relationships.
At SXSW 2020, our team is excited to attend various panels and meetups that focus on the growth of the legal cannabis industry as well as hemp-based CBD. Similar to our experience in 2019, the music and technology meetups are sure to be very valuable once again. What makes this event so unique for entrepreneurs in music and cannabis is the ability to come across potential fans, labels, major media, and other music, film, and tech business-related assets all in one week.
There are tons of PR professionals, writers, filmmakers, video producers, audio engineers, singers, and more artists all readily available.
